These include BMW, MINI, Jaguar, Land Rover, Kia, Hyundai, Ford, Isuzu, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Nissan, Holden, Honda, Mazda, Toyota, Volkswagen, and Volkswagen and Porsche training centre. Entrusted in designing the beginnings of this risky venture on a former airfield, the design has led to the success of this precinct. Each dealer relies on the other for reliable turnover of customers, so each individual dealer is easily impassable from the next. Each dealership site design allows for a large frontage of cars, to maximize the number of cars on display.
