Grovedale Retirement Village

Grovedale contains 120 beds-single level, 30 bed residence clusters, high care/low care, dementia care, central admin/services zone. Elevated high to position its view across the valley, Grovedale contains a mix of residences that open themselves to the outdoors. Verandas and shading device protect many of the buildings from the harsh sun. Each large residence is individual in character, to create a sense of home to the residents.
